Default Trouble with follower & 220 swift

Rebarreled a 22/250 to 220 swift and having trouble with the rim catching on top of the rim of the cartridge below it. Have done some light filing on rear of follower and it acts slightly better. Any suggestions appreciated

Try loading the 1/st case all the way to the back and the next one ahead a little and so on.

AND OR..........

If it's a rifle that comes chambered in 220 Swift from the factory, maybe try getting a factory Swift follower for it.
