Default Allen-head Action Screws for Cooper Rifles

I have a Cooper M21 for which I'd like to substitute Allen head action screws for the slotted head screws the rifle came with. Does anyone know who might be able to provide these? Just FYI, the M21 has three action screws--the middle one is a wood screw, I think.

Products that I am looking for but can't seem to find no matter how hard I look:
Leopold Scopes, Forester reloading equipment and Victorianox knives.

I video recorded all of my Highpower Rifle matches. Pretty soon I am going to watch them all in reverse order so that I can watch those F Class guys GO HOME and leave us alone so that we can shoot Highpower Rifle.

Default Allen head screws

Sicero (Kenny Pond) on this forum has made some in the past. Not sure if he still has any but a PM to him might be in order.

Gary, I tried to get a PM to Sicero, but it wouldn't go. Seems his inbox is full and won't take any more messages. Is there another way to contact him?

J&P Custom Products don't list Cooper but they do them for Anschutz, Suhl, CZ and a lot of others, might be worth asking if they could do a set for you.

I don't know how specialized the screws are for the Cooper M21 & perhaps it can't be done. But I've made a couple sets of screws for my Remington 700's using cap-screws from the hardware store. I turned them in a drill press & shape with hand files & then a final polish with sandpaper & emery cloth. Use as-is or blue the heads. They have worked great for using a torque wrench.

I believe those are 1/4" - 28 which is the same as a Rem700. Brownells carries quite a few different lengths and head configurations.
