I just can't get my head around running a business without phone contact. I can see placing an order yourself would free up staff but when an order go's wrong they should have a dedicated phone staff to solve the issue.

Low staff is just part of the covid mess, and phone staffing is probably an easy one to do without as most people have moved beyond phone calls in this day and age of online shopping. Learn to adapt to change. I have an online account and I've never tried to talk to them by phone for probably the last 4-5 years for any reason, and I have never had a problem getting responses from them. Even as late as about 2 weeks ago I had a question and it got answered electronically very quickly.

Lesson of the day folks, "Learn to adapt to change"

I did, i switched to the 25gr vmax when the 25gr HP was discontinued. Now I have to adapt to ordering from a place with no phone service to adapt back to what I already was accustomed too in the first place

Default 25 gr 17 cal HP

They work in my 10 twist 17MIV barrel. 25 cal V-Max will not as they keyhole.

If you want to sell 100 or 200, pm me with total cost including shipping. 100 lasts me a long time as that’s my go to bullet for 17 Rem coyote calling.
