Has anyone tried to log onto Graf's website lately? I was on yesterday getting an order ready and couldn't get to the checkout page. Since that time I have been unable to get their website to even load.

Wondered if the problem is universal or if it is just me.

Thanks,

Your computer is probably too old (more than six months) to handle the current software their website is using. I have the last Mac with a Motorola chip and I will be dipping into the Defense allocation to get a Mac Mini in a few weeks. Mine has gotten to the point I can't even look at news sites w/o 'googleadservices' locking me out.

Interesting. I have used a MacBook Pro, iPhone 6 and iPad with the same results. I was on until I tried to check out?

Update just now:

Just logged on but failed to load checkout page. Think I will give them a call.

Took me all of about 5 seconds to be there from this thread, just pulled up my favorites, clicked on Grafs and wa-la, must be an issue on your end.
I find computer problems to be "TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING "!!!
Good luck!

Russian hackers, they're getting the blame for Clinton losing. Might as well blame everything else on them.

Nope - still not fixed on my end. I still get a blank screen when I get to the billing page. Interesting that when I get the blank screen on the billing page the address bar has ..../international/0 at the end of the address line.

I suspect that the incorrect billing page is being called by their system. I called Grafs and their web sales technical staff is supposed to be working on it.

Guess I will try to order again a little later.
