What a wonderful rifle.

I have always been enamored with the 30-30 based cartridges. So much so that I had a 22 30-30 built years ago. It was a hoot to shoot. Guy at the range made me a wonderfully high offer for the gun and off it went. Wish I had it back. Built on and orig High wall action with a Douglas barrel. It was a ground hog terror back then. I assume it would have made a great coyote gun but we did not have many coyotes back then. Not so now.....
