I would go with a 1-14" twist as that is more than adequate with 50 grain and lighter bullets.
More importantly find a reamer that is cuts a head diameter close to the brass you will be using to avoid the Hornet bulge.
Hornet brass isn't the most robust and limiting the deformation will reduce brass cracking near the case head.

Love to see pictures when your done.
If for some reason you would like to go with a K-hornet chamber, I have a reamer you can borrow.
