Default Superb jig for the 22 Hornet case

Here's a 3D printed, very high quality jig for the 22 Hornet case.

This jig mounts directly to your 2" mini cutoff saw

Same saw, different sticker.

Here's the Harbor Freight version - (same saw).

pretty cool jug. I designed mine to keep your fingers away from the blade.

I found a few other threads, I had a video showing how fast it was but it didn’t load on my phone?

You can order just the spindle if you are happy with you other case trimmers.

I had Hornady custom build a new spindle so it could be used with the shell holders that require a smaller hole for like the 17CCM/5mm Mag. The custom shop seems to have gone up on prices but back in the day the new customized spindle was reasonably priced.

The one thing concerning speed that you may find out is, the faster you go with the chop saw the more of a burr that it seems to leave sometimes. Otherwise this set up is accurate enough (and without a big burr) the case can go straight to the chamfer/deburring process.

Default jig opening

Due to the multiple manufacturers of the 22H case, the jig maker made the opening where the case goes in, a little tight.

He would rather the jig's opening be a little tight than too loose. A little sand paper to the inside wall will be all you need to do for a custom fit. Just a dusting of material is all I needed to take off for my Winchester cases.
