For small bore I like the 222 and 20 Extreme, my lady has a 223, then we have a bunch of other stuff for hunting.
I think my 5th generation great uncle would roll over in his grave if he saw how Canada turned out. He was Chief Tecumseh of the Shawnee tribe and is buried on Walpole Island in Canada. Hope to get up there one of these days, maybe do some small caliber fishing with an ultra lite rod, LOL

Another Canadian. Small caliber is very popular in the West among gopher and varmint shooters. I won'y say how many 224 and smaller rifles I have but it is way m,ore than I aught to. It is a chore getting them all shot every year.

Like Daryl, I sure hope Turdeau gets punted before he completely ruins the country. We are catching up to Kalifornia for dumb azz policies.

Found this old thread and thought I'd contribute. I'm also a Canadian. For the majority of my life I have been a big game guy, although I have always had a 22-250 kicking around for when coyotes and coons needed the air let out of em by the chicken house, etc. I'm not quite as mobile as I used to be, so the magnums are gone and I'm down to a 243, a 6mm, a 7-08 and a 308 for big game calibres. But I'm having major fun with the little stuff now!! CZ's in 22 LR and 17 HMR have supplemented grandpa's old 22 Cooey. I built a 223 AI a couple of years ago and have a 20-223 AI in the works now. Glad to be here folks.

Hi,
chicken thief hailed from Denmark.
Don’t know why he went quiet.
He was great for giving 4.6x30 brass away.
Ken.

So sorry for you guys, know what it is like. As for DNA, Obama was the worse, and Moonbeam was bad, but now we have Newsom in control of the commie state of Kalifornia and he is a notch below Obama in being really bad. Just seems like so many in the major portion of this state are blind and going along with him and keeping him in office and making the state worse every day and businesses leaving by the droves. Welcome, you will find quite a few Canadians on here. There are a lot of us who are big fans of small caliber rifles and this is not just the best place to hang out to talk about that but it is also one of the very few truly civilized and respectful places to hang out on the Web. Rarely see a keyboard warrior on here, or at least those that show up don't last long. With the guys on here, if they post something it is because they personally saw it or did it, not the usual internet legend crap being regurgitated. Truly an outstanding forum and great place to learn.

Anyone, other than me, feel that they are also from a new foreign country. The way California is going socialist/communist with Newsom and others now in government, it is a foreign county anymore. Bill K
