Default Decapper die for 17 and 20 caliber

Redding makes a pin for those calibers to fit their decapping die but the reviewers say the retaining circlip frequently breaks. Does anyone know of a better option?

I have used the Neil Jones decapping tool for years. Not the lowest cost option but works very well. Lets one feel how tight the spent primers are and keeps the dirt out of ones reloading dies. He does(or did) make decapping mandrels smaller than 22 caliber.

And the local machine shot will turn down a Lee pin for next to nothing.
If you'll pay around the world shipping i'll do it for free!

Redding decapping set is a tool no reloading room should be without. Great little tool!

With an electric drill and some Emory Cloth you can turn a Lee Pin down to .17 pretty easy.

No problems here with the Redding unit, either. I have the 17/20 rod in it and use for all cartridges, big and small.

Default Sinclair also an option

I have the Sinclair one with the optional 17/20 rod and have been happy with that, not super cheap, but seems to work well. I have been using it for 2 squirrel seasons.
