Default NRA credit card

I recently became aware of a rumor that the First National Bank of Omaha is severing ties with the NRA and discontinuing their NRA credit card. I just sent an email asking for clarification and confirmation.

I also requested referral to a pro-2nd amendment credit card provider if the rumor is true. This may put me at the bottom of the list for responses!

I will post their response.

It was in the paper today. Also - Enterprise rental car is ending NRA discounts - they will get the middle finger from me.

It is awful how they are vilifying the NRA. Things are being said on major news networks that are despicable. So many lies flying around. It will take months of shoveling to get out from under all the BS.

The articles I saw were quotes from Twitter. Go only knows what fake news goes on there..... The liberal media is at work again.

Good enough reason not to do business with either one.
I don't already because I don't rent cars ever. Well--we once did when
ours was crunched parked out front for two yrs getting fixed.

I bank at a local credit union. They pay %, not charge for everything a
bank can think up to do.

Default NRA card

i emailed Scheels yesterday notifying them that I would be dropping my credit card with them after my next statement after the decision that First National Bank of Omaha would no longer issue NRA credit cards. First National is the largest issuer of Visa credit cards in the US. Don't need em, I'll go to my local credit union or some other credit card that honors my 2nd amendment Rights. Also will be taking my travel needs from Enterprise and Wydham to some one else. Hit them where they listen most, their wallet.

Default Scheels

I, too, sent Scheels an email today asking them who they plan to replace FNB of Omaha with as their credit card agent. No reply yet. I have an NRA credit card and a Scheels credit card, both handled by FNB Omaha. Both will be cancelled and replaced by others if there isn't a satisfactory replacement agent in place pretty quickly. I would think we should hear from the NRA on this very soon on a replacement for their card.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a Second Amendment friendly credit card?

Let us know who you come up with for neutral or pro 2nd Amendment CC company, FNB Omaha just lost a good customer.

Default Credit card

I am looking into Regions and Cabelas credit cards? Sometimes it can be difficult to determine which bank is behind the curtains! Does anyone have any information about these that they would care to share?

Default NRA credit card

I would venture too say, that every sportsman and woman and especially those that own firearms, should use the same tactic as the anti-gun folks.
Check every one of the parties your purchase from and if they even slightly back the boycott of the NRA and firearms, then do not buy from them.
I bet in the long run, they would lose more money from gun owners than from the one's that back the anti's.
Money and customers do talk. Just a thought. Bill K
