I guess for you poor guys in commie states, your going to need to do a little bit of outstate visiting of relatives. and don't mind the big metal cans of ammo in the trunk when you go back.

"no officer, the spare tire is not filled with cocaine. its filled with ammo"

Seems like the Democrats mentioned something about going after "Gun Control" when the new session started? There it is!!

This is a threat across the nation as Democrats in every state are looking for new laws or to do away with gun friendly laws. The next election cycle is critical to law abiding gun owners of every state in this country. The Demos are buying congressmen (and women) and using whoever they can to get their vote and their support for gun and magazine bans.

Just so everyone knows, the Oregon SB501 is DOA. The pushback was so intense, no representative in their right mind (except the libtards of course) would vote for something so reviled by the population.

At least the thinking portion of the population that is.

Oh, and the impetus for this crap was dreamed up by......high school students! Now teenagers are dreaming up laws for the rest of us! WTH is next?

Thanks for the update. Hopefully common sense can hang on for a little while. I guess we could all invite an anti-gun nut to the range to show them what they're protecting everyone from:

Default Preposed new gun laws in Oregon

Glad to hear that Rick.. Everything I have seen is the bad news, like in Commie California ( which will get worse with Newsom now as Gov) so good to hear that your state is not following the goose steps of gun confiscation, like others. Thank you for that update, like a breath of fresh air to hear someone still has common sense. Hope it continues. Bill K

Glad you survived that wave. Just don't let your guard down. They (the Idiots) will just keep coming with their Socialist/Communist agendas till they get what they want. California was once a "sportsman's paradise", but they pretty much have us by the throat now. And those of you in states thinking "oh, that would never happen here", we thought that same thing, not that long ago. Sadly, we lose a little more each year.
Also, I bet there is going to be a bigger "non-lead" (outside of Calif.) push soon, partly as they are relocating some of the "dumb as rocks" condors to other states in the west.

Thanks for this great site where even old guys can lurk and learn.

Dave

AMEN'
What a pathetic waste of our tax dollars. Let's waste some more money dreaming up communistic agenda and seeing how many high schoolers can come up with legislation.

OREGON needs to be divided into two states............you know what I mean here Rick.

Cheers from the sane side

Same thing needs done in Commie California also ( at least three n.e. counties) need to be separate from the rest of the state's fruitcakes in Sacramento. Let them have their way and state and let us in the N.E. counties live and have a decent and really free life, living by the rules and principles in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. They can follow their communist ways and live with it. Bill K
