Super Seal 110
Very nice custom rifle!!
Have you tested to see if after several shots in warm weather, do groups open up. Also if you shot much beyond 100 yds, is the 3 X 9 power scope any hindrance for longer range accuracy?
Thanks for any info!

Default Super nice!

I wish I could get my VLSF to shot like that! Heck maybe it does, and I don't.

It is a great looking rifle! I have yet to shoot a 30 gr bullet in mine, maybe I should get ''ol Mr. Plastic out and order some up. Woodchuckden, huh? Where are you at for jump on yours?

Congratulations on the new Rifle. I'm a big fan of the McMilliam rifle stocks and have several, one on order now. I also like the Woodchuck Den 30 Gr. bullets very much. For Coyotes and Groundhogs, woodchucks I think they are very hard to beat. Looks like it shoots good to. Good Luck you to...George

Thanks for the replies everyone. I haven't played much with the 30g Gold's anymore since I have only a few more on hand. I need to order another 200rds of them and starting playing around with them at different ranges.

I have been playing around with the cheap 20g DogTown HP that MidwayUSA offer. They shoot excellent out of my rifle. Pushing 25g of R15 and they're clocking in at 4000fps.

Everything I've shot with the 20g bullets went down without a flinch. Coon, crow and Ghogs.

I've shot the 20g bullets out to 500yds at the local 1k range. I swapped out the 3-9 ultralight for a 3.5-10 w/TT's.

Here's a few up to date pictures of the .17rem.

3 shots @ 500yds in 30* weather. Measured 2.6" @ 500yds.

Few critters I've taken.
